Terms of Service

You must be of legal marriageable age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to marry to create a profile. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide, whether for yourself or for a family member whose profile you manage.

Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or impersonated information.
• Harass, abuse, solicit money from, or defraud other members.
• Use the platform for any unlawful, commercial, or non-matrimonial purpose.
• Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringes others’ rights.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or disrupt the platform or other members’ data.

Free and paid memberships are available. Paid plans and add-ons are billed as described at checkout. Payments made via UPI are verified manually before benefits are activated. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Access to a cancelled plan continues until the end of the paid period.

Verification badges indicate that a document was reviewed, but we cannot guarantee any member’s identity, intentions, or marital status. Exercise caution, never send money to other members, and meet in safe, public settings. Report suspicious behaviour using the in-app tools.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant JamliJodi a limited licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service (for example, showing your profile to potential matches per your privacy settings).

JamliJodi is a platform that helps members connect; we are not a party to any relationship, engagement, or marriage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of members or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
